The cottages form a row, their backs along one side of a large Victorian walled garden.
At each end of the row an old 9 feet high door offers entrance to the garden and guests are welcome to walk in the garden and use it for quiet recreation.
The walls are magnificent, and the MacLeods have re-planted borders, shrubs and climbing roses in keeping with the Victorian originals.
In the far corner of the garden is a door through to a large leisure putting green and BBQ area (with gas BBQ).
Lavender-edged gravel paths and formal lawns with old woodland, and hills beyond.
Stone gate pillars, mosses and lichen and specimen trees.
Adjacent to the garden is also a natural wooded glen by the Ross Burn, and there is a woodland path leading down to the shores of Loch Lomond.
